Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy

1.1 The company makes an effort to allow you to change your order details or even cancel it, all subject to the following provisions and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law"), as updated from time to time (hereinafter: "Cancellation and Return Policy"). The company reserves the right to change and/or update the Cancellation and Return Policy from time to time without any obligation to notify the customer.

1.2 It should be emphasized that according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, it is not possible to return perishable products or cancel a transaction due to their return, as well as goods that were specially manufactured for the customer as a result of the transaction. Additionally, a product that has been used and/or a product whose expiration date has passed cannot be returned, except in cases where the expiration date had passed before the product reached the customer and subject to the Cancellation and Return Policy.

1.3 Subject to the provisions of section 1.2 above: you may notify the company of the cancellation of the transaction by sending a cancellation notice to the company by any of the following methods: (1) by registered mail to the company at: 3 HaOfan Street, Kiryat Aryeh, Petah Tikva, Postal Code: 4951203; (2) by phone at +972-3-9220440; (3) by email to contact@barth.co.il. It should be clarified that in the cancellation notice, the customer must provide their name and identification number.

1.3.2 The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later. The return of the product to the company will be carried out by returning it to the company’s business location at: 3 HaOfan Street, Kiryat Aryeh, Petah Tikva.

1.3.3 After the product is returned by the customer and received by the company, the order center will check the compatibility between the product and the order (usually within 72 hours from the return) including weighing and checking the use of the products (hereinafter: "Compatibility"). If compatibility is found, the refund request will be forwarded to the credit card company, and a return confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

1.3.4 A consumer who is a person with a disability, a person aged 65 and over, or a new immigrant is entitled to return the product within 4 months of receiving the product, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the company and the user (including communication via electronic means) and provided that a document proving that they are a person with a disability, an elderly citizen, or a new immigrant is presented.

1.3.5 Cancellation of the transaction will be made by contacting the company in one of the ways specified in section 6.3 above, and if the products have not been shipped to the customer, the company will cancel the order subject to a cancellation fee of a total of 5% or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

1.4 The company emphasizes that the customer should verify that the products received match the details of the order as it was made by them, close to the receipt of their order. If there is a discrepancy between the ordered products and the products actually received, the customer must notify the company of the discrepancy immediately. If the customer does not notify the company of the discrepancy within the specified time, they will be deemed to have confirmed that there is complete compatibility between the order and the delivery, and the customer will have no claims against the company as a result.
